Questions about booking
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Sending the form is a request, not yet a confirmation. We check availability and reply — usually within 30 minutes during opening hours — with the scooter, the final price and the pick-up time. Only then is it booked, and still without prepayment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. Just write on WhatsApp. Since you have not paid anything in advance, there is nothing to refund.
What do I need to bring to pick-up?
Your driving licence (original, in your own name), your ID card or passport, and a means of payment. That is all — the paperwork at our end takes a couple of minutes.
Can you deliver the scooter to my hotel?
Yes. Within Zadar we deliver and collect for €15 in total. Tell us the hotel or apartment address in your booking request and a time that suits you.
